About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Director of Maternal Child Health to lead our Women's & Children's Services and help advance our commitment to Pathway to Excellence®. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader dedicated to clinical excellence, staff engagement, patient safety, and exceptional outcomes for mothers, newborns, and families.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required (DNP preferred)
• Current RN license
• Progressive leadership experience in Maternal Child Health
• Demonstrated experience leading or actively participating in a Pathway to Excellence® designation or redesignation journey
• Proven ability to build an engaged nursing workforce, promote shared governance, support professional development, and drive evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives

Nice To Haves

• RNC-OB or Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification preferred (must obtain within one year of hire if not currently certified)
