MX is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function of one of the largest independent B2B marketing agencies in the United States. This is a rare and genuinely challenging role: you'll be building strategy and driving results for a company staffed with some of the most talented B2B marketing professionals in the industry. A strong POV, high energy, and tangible results will be essential to establishing credibility and building momentum for the agency's marketing efforts. The Director of Marketing must possess the ability to build alignment and drive execution across leaders and subject matter experts. This role is the strategic owner of MX's entire marketing program, responsible for building brand awareness, driving pipeline, and leading the agency through a brand evolution already underway in 2026. You'll orchestrate a lean core marketing team alongside the agency's full resources: media, data & analytics, content, creative, and an external PR firm.
