Today, much of the company’s growth has been driven by founder-led selling, outbound efforts, conferences, customer referrals, and early market pull. Prosper has built strong momentum, but the current bottleneck is not winning deals – it is getting into every conversation, and when we do – we win. This role exists to make sure Prosper is in every relevant patient access conversation among MSOs and PE-backed provider groups. Once Prosper gets into the room, the company already wins at a very high rate. The challenge now is awareness, category presence, customer proof, and pipeline creation. This is not a PMM-heavy role. Prosper is looking for a hands-on marketing leader who is strongest where narrative becomes pipeline: content, customer stories, distribution, category creation, and demand generation. The right person will help Prosper become the default name in patient access conversations and build the engine that gets the company invited into more evaluations.
