About The Position

A rapidly growing compliance‑operations partner is redefining how non‑acute healthcare facilities manage regulatory obligations. Instead of relying on scattered vendors and outdated processes, this organization centralizes every compliance requirement into one coordinated program — supported by dedicated account managers, a national service network, and a modern technology backbone. The team is building an advanced AI‑driven infrastructure designed to automate tracking, surface risks early, and continuously optimize client programs. This is a high‑growth environment for professionals who want to help shape a new category at the intersection of compliance, operations, and technology. What We Deliver: * A single point of accountability for all compliance obligations * Consolidated vendor management and cost optimization * Real‑time tracking, documentation, and inspection readiness * A model that improves over time through continuous evaluation and refinement Role Overview: The Director of Marketing is responsible for architecting and running the entire marketing engine — from strategy to execution. This is a category‑building role, not a maintenance position. You will define how the market understands this emerging model, establish the brand narrative, and translate that into measurable pipeline growth. This leader owns the full marketing P&L, demand‑generation strategy, GTM execution, product launch planning, and sales enablement. Success is measured by qualified pipeline creation, MQL velocity, and revenue contribution.
