About The Position

The Marketing leader's role is accountable for the end-to-end development, execution and optimization of generic injectables and portfolio strategies across the institutional, hospital, and clinic channels. The Director will lead strategic planning, forecasting, and execution across pricing, contracting, portfolio positioning, life cycle management and go-to-market execution to drive sustainable sales growth, market share expansion, and long-term profitability within the highly competitive generic injectable landscape. Position Location: This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site. Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely. Responsibilities

  • Own the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for the generic injectables' portfolio, aligned with enterprise objectives and P&L targets.
  • Lead short and long-term portfolio strategy, including forecasting, launch planning, lifecycle management, supply positioning, and demand prioritization across IHC channels.
  • Develop and optimize the marketing mix (pricing, contracting strategy, promotion, and channel execution) to maximize revenue, market share, and gross-to-net performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, GPO/National Accounts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure aligned execution and reliable product availability.
  • Contribute to enterprise strategic business planning, including annual operating plans, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Drive tactical program development and execution, ensuring measurable impact and strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer needs, and pricing pressures to inform strategic decisions and risk management.

  • The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $185,500 – $344,500 USD/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/26 through 12/31/26, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period.
  • Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
