Director, Institutional Growth Marketing

ChoreoBoston, MA
Onsite

About The Position

Choreo is a wealth management firm built on an interconnected network of financial advisors with a shared vision servicing entrepreneurs, CPAs, and individuals with a forward-thinking approach to financial planning to translate wealth into fulfillment. With over 200 employees and 40+ locations across the country, we are here to serve our clients beyond what is expected. Choreo is investing in the growth of its CPA partner channel and is looking for a builder who can help create the systems, insights, content, and outreach programs that drive partner acquisition. Reporting to the VP of Institutional Growth & Marketing, the Director of Institutional Growth Marketing serves as a force multiplier for Choreo's institutional growth efforts. This individual helps transform strategy into action by building prospecting programs, conducting market research, developing compelling sales enablement assets, creating growth campaigns, and helping establish a repeatable engine for CPA partner acquisition. This is not a role for someone looking to manage an existing machine. It is a role for someone excited to build one. The Director of Institutional Growth Marketing will partner closely with the VP of Institutional Growth & Marketing to translate growth strategy into research, prospecting programs, sales enablement assets, outreach campaigns, and measurable pipeline impact. The role requires a hands-on builder-operator who can move fluidly between market research, storytelling, campaign execution, business development enablement, and project ownership.

  • Demonstrated experience personally building and executing growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation development, and communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to independently drive projects in ambiguous environments.

  • Translate research into actionable recommendations and growth initiatives.
