The Director of Marketing and Sales Support is responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies that support loan officer production, enhance partner engagement, and drive growth in reverse mortgage originations across both retail and wholesale channels.

Requirements

• Experience in mortgage, financial services, or related industry preferred
• Strong background in digital marketing, CRM systems, and campaign management
• Ability to develop scalable marketing strategies and sales support tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support reverse mortgage loan officers and account executives
• Design and deploy segmented digital marketing initiatives targeting real estate agents, financial planners, and other referral partners
• Support internal loan officers with plug-and-play marketing tools to promote reverse mortgage solutions
• Manage and execute campaigns through CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), including tracking engagement and performance metrics
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with production goals
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting with recommendations for optimization
