Jacob's Pillow is undergoing a significant transformation, expanding its year-round model and digital reach following the opening of a new theater in 2025. This role is crucial for advancing the organization's audience, revenue, and institutional goals by widening and diversifying in-person and online audiences across various demographics and strengthening revenue strategies. The Director will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to translate organizational priorities into effective strategies, plans, budgets, systems, and campaigns. This position leads the daily operations of the Marketing Department, supervises staff, develops solutions, and ensures the successful execution of marketing, communications, public relations, audience development, and revenue-generating initiatives. Success requires initiative, ownership, collaboration, and the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and lead execution in alignment with organizational goals.
