About The Position
The Director of Manufacturing & Production will lead and scale the production organization responsible for manufacturing and assembling Anyon’s quantum computing platforms, including dilution refrigerators, cryogenic subsystems, precision mechanical assemblies, electronics racks, and full system integration. This role covers the full production lifecycle, from procurement and inventory management through final integration and customer delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 10+ years in manufacturing
- 5+ years leading teams
- Experience with complex products
- SolidWorks proficiency
- Manufacturing knowledge
