About The Position

The Village of Erin Meadows has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Lifestyle Options to join their team. This role involves being the first point of contact for new residents, families, and visitors, supporting a resident-centered social culture through marketing programs, and liaising with the village team to ensure an exceptional customer experience for incoming residents. The Director will also develop community connections to generate leads and foster relationships with prospective residents, communicating programs, services, and the Schlegel Villages continuum concept. A passion for serving seniors and their families is essential, along with excitement in helping residents and families understand how Schlegel Villages can meet their specific needs.

Requirements

Demonstrate excellent relational and communication skills
Possess exceptional follow up skills with multiple prospects while generating new leads
Understand marketing strategies and have proven sales abilities
Demonstrate experience developing, executing and maintaining a Sales and Marketing Plan
Be excited by our objectives, our Village philosophy and the family values that shape all aspects of life in a Schlegel Village
Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the Director of Lifestyle Options role
Knowledge of and skill in sales and marketing techniques and practices.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills, and have a solid ability to manage conflicting priorities
Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other computer programs
Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members

Nice To Haves

Demonstrable experience establishing and achieving goals
A College or University Degree
Previous experience working in the context of a Long-Term Care or Retirement Home

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for many of our new residents, families and visitors who are interested in making Schlegel Villages their home.
Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture through the planning and implementation of successful marketing programs while liaising with the village team to ensure that incoming residents are served with an exceptional customer experience.
Take the lead in developing connections in the community which will generate new leads while fostering exceptional relationships with prospective residents to which they will communicate our programs, services, and the Schlegel Villages continuum concept.
Have a passion to serve seniors and their families, and are excited to help residents and their families learn the various ways in which Schlegel Villages can meet their specific needs.
