National Painting Group•Fort Collins, CO
•$140,000 - $170,000•Hybrid

About The Position

National Painting Group is hiring a builder to create and own lifecycle nurture marketing for past clients and leads across its portfolio of painting companies. The role will develop SMS, email, direct mail, and phone programs at one company, then create the processes, onboarding, integrations, and automation needed to roll them out across the portfolio. The person will work with individual business owners to ensure campaigns are accurate, on brand, and aligned with local offers and events. The role owns lifecycle marketing strategy, creative, execution, analytics, and optimization. It includes launching and refreshing campaigns quarterly; building dashboards and reporting for leads, estimates, and revenue by company and across the portfolio; and using results to improve performance year over year. AI and automation will be important tools for building reusable templates and creating customized campaigns at scale. During the first 30 days, the hire is expected to learn the companies and brands, propose a nurture approach, and set up the required software, data, analytics, and deliverability. By day 90, the first quarter of nurture should be live at every existing portfolio company. By month 12, the full lead and customer nurture engine should be built, rolled out across the portfolio, and operating on a quarterly rhythm. The role may expand as the employee is ready to take on more accountability. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Colorado. The employee is expected to work in person in Fort Collins one to five days per month for team time, training, and events, and remotely the rest of the time. Compensation is $140,000–$170,000 OTE, consisting of base salary and an approximate 10–15% performance bonus, depending on experience and track record. The role is measured by the leads, estimates, and revenue generated by its nurture programs.
