About The Position

The role will build adaptive, data-informed experiences across product surfaces and communication channels, and establish measurement that connects provider experiences to adoption and business outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills, including the ability to align senior stakeholders, provide teams with clarity, and help people grow.
  • Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or other multi-product business models.
  • Experience exploring or applying AI, automation, or decisioning tools to improve personalization, team effectiveness, or customer experiences.
