About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Director of International Franchise Growth to drive global expansion by identifying, recruiting, and awarding licenses to new franchise partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our brand presence in international markets, building strong relationships with prospective franchisees, and ensuring a seamless market entry process. Incentives are in line with driving business results, with no cap on earning potential. Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of franchise sales experience, with a proven track record in international franchise development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of franchise models, international business development, and regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional ability to identify, engage, and close deals with franchise candidates.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement international franchise sales strategies to meet expansion goals.
  • Franchise Development: Identify and qualify prospective franchisees, guiding them through the discovery and acquisition process.
  • Market Research: Analyze global markets to identify high-potential regions, adapting strategies based on local consumer demand and regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise candidates, brokers, and key stakeholders.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring alignment with company values and standards in new markets.
  • Negotiations & Agreements: Lead franchise agreement negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new international franchisees.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on international franchise sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor and department head as needed
