About The Position

Keller Williams Integrity NW is seeking a driven, people-oriented Director of Growth to lead talent attraction, drive agent production, and execute our Launch and RISE programs. This pivotal role will join our Market Center Leadership Team and work closely with our Team Leader to achieve aggressive 2026 growth priorities for our flagship team, Pillar & Key . We elevate the standard of service in real estate through excellence, integrity, collaboration, and results. As Director of Growth, you'll lead and recruit agents who embody a client-first mindset, professionalism, and a growth-driven culture. As Director of Growth, you'll be the architect of our talent pipeline and agent development programs. You'll recruit high-performing agents, coach them through their launch phase, and manage third-party lead programs that drive production. Requirements

  • Active Minnesota Real Estate License
  • Prior experience in coaching, recruiting, or leadership roles within real estate
  • Strong familiarity with Command CRM systems and follow-up strategies
  • Willingness to attend Keller Williams national events and coaching programs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with lead conversion platforms (Opcity, RISE, or similar)
  • Track record of recruiting 20+ agents annually
  • Knowledge of launch coaching methodologies and KPAs

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting cycle, including outreach, appointments, follow-up, and onboarding
  • Execute 360+ recruiting appointments annually (30+ per month)
  • Focus on KSCORE methodology, dual-career agents, and underperforming agent conversions
  • Assign new agents to appropriate Launch Coaches based on KPA and individual needs
  • Hold weekly huddles with coaches to monitor pipeline performance
  • Manage launch goals: 1 Under Contract in 90 days, 5 closings in 12 months
  • Build and maintain Launch SOPs, tools, and performance scorecards
  • Grow the Opcity program from $32K to $52K in Company Dollars
  • Recruit agents into the platform and coach their conversion to closing
  • Monitor lead response times and transaction flow to maximize ROI
  • Target: Growing program from $82K to $167.5K in closed volume
