About The Position

The Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading Foot Levelers’ digital marketing strategy, brand communications, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing operations across all channels. This role reports to the Vice President of Growth & Customer Experience and is responsible for developing and growing the marketing team while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Product Development, Seminar/Event teams, and Executive Leadership. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibility preferred
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, brand management, and customer engagement
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns, manage multiple priorities, and drive measurable results
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company growth initiatives
  • Lead brand messaging and marketing communications across digital, print, email, social media, web, and customer channels
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints
  • Create KPI reporting, campaign analytics, and performance dashboards to measure engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Serve as the strategic lead on external agency partnerships—managing budget, setting expectations, providing creative and media direction, holding agencies accountable to brand and performance standards, and ensuring their output ladders up to business goals.
  • Lead website strategy, SEO/SEM, CRM marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, automation, and social media initiatives
  • Oversee digital customer journeys and user experience optimization
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to improve business results
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through innovation, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Champion the responsible use of AI and evolving marketing technologies to support content development, campaign optimization, reporting, personalization, and workflow efficiency
  • Evaluate new digital tools, platforms, and trends that support company growth initiatives and improve customer experience
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, adaptability, and data-driven decision making across the marketing function
  • Lead marketing support and go-to-market execution for product launches and promotional initiatives
  • Partner with Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful launch planning, messaging, timelines, and customer communication strategies
  • Support launch execution through campaign development, internal communication, training materials, sales enablement, and customer-facing assets
  • Operate with a hands-on, collaborative mindset while supporting fast-paced business priorities and evolving organizational needs
  • Review creative direction across all brand and campaign work, ensuring every asset reflects brand voice and resonates with target audiences
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
