About The Position

Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution? We're seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing to transform strategic priorities into coordinated marketing programs that drive engagement, consultant adoption, pipeline development, and measurable business growth across Prospera Market Strategies and IFS companies. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you'll serve as both a strategic partner and operational powerhouse—orchestrating campaigns, optimizing marketing operations, aligning CRM initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional execution across digital, email, events, content, web, consultant communications, and business development channels. This is an ideal role for a marketing leader who brings structure, visibility, and accountability to a fast-growing organization while maintaining flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, demand generation, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Proven experience working closely with sales, business development, and executive leadership teams
  • Track record of building scalable marketing processes and improving organizational efficiency
  • Integrated campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
  • Marketing operations and project management expertise
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Lifecycle marketing and audience engagement strategy development
  • Advanced reporting, analytics, and performance measurement capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, events, content, consultant communications, and business development initiatives
  • Develop strategic campaign roadmaps that align organizational priorities, product initiatives, and audience engagement strategies
  • Ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution across all marketing channels
  • Partner with Creative, Events, Learning & Development, and Business Development teams to deliver cohesive, impactful audience experiences
  • Serve as the operational leader for the marketing organization, translating strategy into executable, measurable plans
  • Build and manage marketing workflows, project plans, timelines, and prioritization processes that maximize team efficiency
  • Establish governance frameworks and accountability mechanisms across all marketing initiatives
  • Provide real-time visibility into project status, resource allocation, dependencies, and key milestones
  • Support the development of scalable marketing systems and operating procedures that enable sustainable growth
  • Partner with leadership to implement CRM and marketing automation strategies that support consultant engagement, attorney outreach, and business development efforts
  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs that nurture relationships and drive adoption across multiple audience segments
  • Support segmentation, lead management, engagement scoring, and audience development strategies that enhance targeting and personalization
  • Create processes that improve audience visibility, engagement tracking, and follow-up effectiveness
  • Partner with business development teams to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives and revenue targets
  • Support consultant engagement through targeted communications, campaigns, educational initiatives, and strategic content distribution
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve adoption of key products, services, and business initiatives through data-driven marketing efforts
  • Coordinate comprehensive marketing support for conferences, hosted events, webinars, and educational programs
  • Establish comprehensive reporting frameworks that measure campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and business impact
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators across marketing channels and initiatives to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on performance data and market analysis
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement across all marketing functions
  • Act as a central point of coordination and communication across marketing, business development, operations, and executive leadership
