About The Position

The Director of Information Technology is a strategic business leader responsible for aligning technology with Securis' long-term growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role ensures our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and IT operations drive efficiency, support innovation, and enable continued growth across the organization. As Director of IT, you will help shape the systems, processes, and technology strategy that power every aspect of our business while partnering closely with leaders and employees across the organization to solve real operational challenges. Success in this role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. One day you may be evaluating enterprise software, leading a systems integration, or strengthening cybersecurity; the next, you may be helping an employee resolve a technology issue that keeps the business moving. Your ideas will be heard, your leadership will have a visible impact, and your work will directly contribute to the success of our employees, customers, and company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Seven or more years of progressive IT leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience developing and executing technology strategy within a growing organization.
  • Experience leading infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and business application initiatives.
  • Experience managing technology implementations, systems integrations, and data migrations.
  • Experience supporting both office and operational or warehouse environments preferred.
  • Experience working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS/Traction) preferred.
  • Experience with technologies such as: Google Workspace, Salesforce, Workato, Okta, Cloud infrastructure, Enterprise networking, Cybersecurity platforms, Systems integration, Business process automation, Endpoint management and device lifecycle administration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Securis' technology roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Partner with leadership and employees across the organization to understand workflows, identify operational challenges, and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Evaluate technology investments based on business value, return on investment, and long-term organizational growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology strategy, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee the performance, security, and reliability of the company's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, workstations, telecommunications, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Lead cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery planning, business continuity, data protection, and access management.
  • Ensure technology systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable to support future growth.
  • Maximize the value of existing technology platforms before recommending new software investments.
  • Lead business system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and data migrations.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of business-critical platforms including Salesforce, Workato, Okta, and Google Workspace.
  • Identify practical applications for Artificial Intelligence that improve internal productivity and create measurable business value.
  • Build a responsive, customer-focused IT organization that delivers exceptional service to employees.
  • Lead daily IT operations while ensuring timely, effective resolution of technology issues.
  • Remain actively engaged in solving technical challenges when needed, supporting hardware, software, networking, and end-user technologies.
  • Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable (LMA) the IT function.
  • Establish priorities, performance expectations, and accountability across the department.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that strengthen the organization.
