About The Position

KMM is seeking a Director of Information Technology to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company's enterprise technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure programs across its North Dakota and Texas facilities. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, this senior leadership role is responsible for managing KMM's Azure GCC High and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring compliance with CMMC Level 2, NIST, DFARS, and ITAR requirements, and directing all aspects of cybersecurity governance, incident response, data governance, IT operations, and technology strategy. The Director serves as the organization's primary technology authority, advising executive leadership on technology investments, risk management, and operational improvements while maintaining audit-ready systems that support federal defense and aerospace contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive IT experience.
  • At least 5 years in senior IT leadership.
  • Experience within federal contracting environments.
  • Experience with Azure Government/GCC High.
  • Experience with cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with SSP/POA&M management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company's enterprise technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure programs.
