Job Summary: The Director, Human Resources (HRD) reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), dotted line to the fractional Chief HR Officer, and is an integral part of managing the Agency’s workforce and people strategy. The HRD directs the HR function and team of three generalists and specialists (recruiting, payroll/benefits, policy/admin). In conjunction with business leaders, the HRD leads initiatives focused on attracting, developing, engaging and retaining key talent across the agency, in addition to creating and implementing policies and programs for the effective management of people and managing compliance with all employment laws and standards. This is a hybrid position with an expectation of working in the East Windsor office three days per week and remotely two days per week.
