About The Position
Career Success Schools is seeking an experienced K-12 School District Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions across our growing Arizona charter school organization. This position serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, principals, and school administrators while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, investigations, policy administration, and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance card
- Minimum five (5) years of Human Resources experience in a K-12 public school district, charter school organization, or educational institution
- Experience supporting certificated teachers, principals, administrators, and classified staff
- Experience with Arizona Department of Education requirements and educator certification processes
- Experience with Arizona charter school regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of Arizona employment law, employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Must reside within the Phoenix metropolitan area
- Direct District-level Human Resources experience in a public school district, charter, or private school organization
