Requirements
- 4-year degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Substantial knowledge of human resource principles and best practices
- Substantial knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to promote a positive performance culture and work environment through effective performance management systems and delivery of supportive employee services
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal history and background check
- Ability to pass level 1 fingerprint clearance
