About The Position

The Director of Human Resources will provide consultative guidance to hotel leaders across recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. This role leads full-cycle recruitment while maintaining a strong candidate experience and compliance with hiring practices. The Director ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and supports Workers’ Compensation and safety initiatives. They will champion associate engagement, training, and recognition programs aligned with Atrium’s values and oversee performance development efforts, supporting leadership in driving accountability and development. Additionally, the Director will represent the hotel in the community through engagement and CSR efforts.

Requirements

5+ years of HR leadership experience
Strong HR generalist knowledge (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, OSHA)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field
HR Certification (active or in process)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
