The Director of Human Resources Operations is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and organizational objectives. This role manages key HR functions including immigration processes, employee offboarding, drug testing administration, and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) management while supporting employee relations, recruitment, and workforce administration. Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership with additional responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, including workforce development programs Conduct analysis on attrition trends in the business and recommend actions to maintain a strong work culture Pursue and win HR and company culture awards Identify and implement HR process improvements and automation initiatives including: Identification of automation opportunities across HR processes Improving data-driven decision-making capabilities
