About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of HRIS to own and evolve our Workday HCM environment. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our HR technology ecosystem. As a key liaison between HR, IT, and Finance, you will leverage Workday functionality to streamline processes, improve user experience, and drive data-driven decision-making across the global organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on, end-to-end Workday implementation and administration experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of Workday configuration, multiple systems integrations, business process framework, and security.
  • At least 3 years of experience directly leading teams.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale HRIS transformations or system implementations, preferably in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrations and data management tools.
  • Strategic systems thinking with a focus on automation and user experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to act as a change agent.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Compensation and Payroll experience preferred.
  • Workday Certified Professional (Core HCM or other modules) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts and specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute a 3-year HR technology roadmap, aligning Workday capabilities with the company’s strategic goals and domestic & international priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end Workday environment, managing configuration, integrations, business processes, and security.
  • Lead the optimization of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Prism Analytics.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of all HR data. Develop advanced dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Workday's feature releases, including impact assessment, testing, and training.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Work with stakeholders to ensure optimal Workday integration within HR, Finance, IT, and other functional platforms.
  • Manage HRIS vendor relationships, including contract renewals and SLA management.
