About The Position

This role leads the HR technology strategy and multi-year HRIS roadmap, overseeing HRIS administration, optimization, upgrades, implementations, and integrations. The Director serves as the principal HR technology advisor to HR and executive leadership, directing enterprise HRIS projects and vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include establishing data governance standards, security protocols, audits, and compliance controls, as well as overseeing reporting, dashboards, workforce analytics, and executive reporting. The position involves partnering with stakeholders to improve workflows, automation, and user experience, and leading testing, change management, communications, and adoption efforts for system enhancements. The Director will be the executive owner of the UKG Pro platform strategy and optimization, and will supervise HRIS staff, supporting their professional development and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HRIS and HR technology experience.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading complex HR technology implementations and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Specific experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro), including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Reporting and Business Intelligence modules, is strongly preferred.
