POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, HRIS and Analytics, will own the development and implementation of the global human resources technology platform to ensure accurate data and effective system processes. This position will sit in the Information Technology Department and partner closely with the Human Resources team. The role is responsible for the administration, functionality, and strategic evolution of AE's global SAP SuccessFactors platform, including all SuccessFactors modules (Learning Management, Compensation and Variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals and Performance), data governance, integrations with other enterprise systems, HR reporting, workforce planning analytics, executive people dashboards, predictive workforce insights, and the implementation of Employee Central. This role bridges the gap between HR strategy and technological execution, ensuring that HR processes are scalable, efficient, data-driven, and equipped to deliver an exceptional employee experience. The Director will also establish and advance AE's people analytics capabilities, transforming workforce data into actionable insights that support talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, retention, productivity, and executive decision-making. This position demands a strong people leader with a transformative outlook, a continuous improvement mindset, solid project management skills, and a deep understanding of both HR practices and technology trends.
