About The Position
This position will support both our Santa Fe Springs & Gardena locations. The Director of HR will partner with leadership teams to provide best-in-class agile solutions to employees, build strong relationships with key leaders to ensure HR services are aligned with the needs of the business, and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes. The role also involves supporting management by providing HR advice, council, and decisions, analyzing workforce analytics and applications, and handling other assigned projects or duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 plus years of related experience with 6 plus years of management experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience
