About The Position

A growing ABA company is seeking a hands-on Director of HR Operations to oversee day-to-day HR functions across multiple states. This role will focus on building consistent processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring accountability across HR operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing HR operations, workflows, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience overseeing HR staff and coordinating recruiting operations.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
• Ability to work full-time in-office in Toms River, NJ.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or ABA industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
• Manage and support HR staff, the Office Manager, and recruiting operations.
• Oversee HRIS platforms and employee-related workflows.
• Improve HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Handle routine employee relations matters.
• Establish consistent procedures and accountability across multiple states.
