About The Position
As a Director of Housing, you will strategically lead and strengthen our residential programs, developing a team that builds culture and ensures excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operations, team development, and premier services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in residential or housing services
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Support oversight of housing and residential programs
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing multi-layered team
- Communicate with guardians and families, building trust through transparency, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Monitor staffing and operational performance, participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Oversee budgets, funding sources, and operational costs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and licensing standards
- Support quality improvement and program initiatives
