This role is responsible for keeping the department on budget by managing labor, cutting costs, and finding savings. The Director of Housekeeping ensures a 5-star guest experience by leading a team that delivers spotless rooms and warm service. They will train and coach Associates on cleanliness standards, brand expectations, and why details matter. This role manages the department with confidence, handling staffing decisions, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed. They also partner with other departments to keep operations smooth, guests happy, and the laundry moving.

Requirements

3+ years of hotel management experience
Housekeeping leadership background
High school diploma (or higher)
Strong tech skills – Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel systems
Flexibility and stamina – ready for any shift or task, and can lift up to 50 lbs
