Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in nebraska
  • CPR certification, valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
  • Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home healthcare is preferred
  • At least 2 years of supervisory and caregiver management experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate and manage a team of nurses, therapists and CNAs to ensure client and patient goals are met
  • Supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers
  • Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures
  • Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care
