Requirements

• RN with active Oklahoma license
• Hospice leadership experience (DCS/DON level preferred)
• Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge
• A leader who is both clinically sharp and people-focused
• Passion for end-of-life care and team development

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all clinical hospice operations
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Guide and mentor interdisciplinary teams
• Drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Partner with leadership to grow and strengthen the hospice program
