  • Build a verified, code-compliant asset baseline from construction blueprints; develop failure procedures for all essential utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas, HVAC, Boilers, Medical Gases, Generators); establish Elevator Evacuation Procedures and emergency shutoff documentation
  • Lead CMMS verification as the linchpin of Physical Environment and Life Safety readiness; coordinate egress door compliance (NFPA 101), fire pump acceptance testing, and Medical Gas cylinder storage verification (NFPA 99)
  • Verify Confined Space identification, signage, and entry procedures; document Critical Pressure Relationship Areas for Infection Control risk assessment and compliance
  • Lead the final construction-to-operations process; assemble and catalog all O&M manuals, As-Built drawings, and Final Commissioning Reports in digital format via SharePoint
