About The Position

The Director of Guest Services' primary role is to directly oversee the safe and efficient operation of the front office - maximizes profitability and ensures high levels of guest satisfaction are achieved. This position provides training, support, and resources to the front desk, reservations, PBX, concierge, and valet staff. Additionally, will work with all departments to ensure compliance and hotel standards are meeting brand and guest expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of guest services department head or similar managerial experience required
  • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Management or previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
