About The Position

The Director of Guest Services at Hilton Mystic plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality. This individual will oversee the daily operations of our guest services team and will assist in providing a seamless and elevated experience for all guests while ensuring our lobby, hotel entrance and public spaces are maintained.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in hotel management position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
  • Ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings

Nice To Haves

  • Previous AAA Four Diamond experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team with assistance from our Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Desk Manager
  • Support the Housekeeping Manager and supervisors to consistently deliver clean, comfortable accommodations to all guests.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed
