Director of Growth

Ziflow•Dallas, TX

About The Position

The Director of Growth is a strategic and hands-on leader in Ziflow’s marketing organization, reporting to the VP of Marketing. The role owns the strategy and results of the demand engine, translating insights about the funnel, market, and buyers into scalable inbound programs and targeted outbound expansion. It is accountable for pipeline and revenue outcomes and sets priorities for investment across the funnel. The Director plans and runs campaigns and messaging, owns performance marketing, and leads the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager. The role connects marketing with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing, equipping sellers with pipeline and effective plays while maintaining accountability for marketing’s contribution. It partners with the GTM Engineer, who owns the systems and data supporting these programs.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing, or equivalent hands-on depth across the specified areas; ideally in SaaS or martech.
  • Track record scaling an inbound-led demand engine involving SEO and content, conversion, lifecycle, and paid media feeding inbound, with outbound and ABM as complementary motions.
  • Experience planning and running integrated, multi-channel demand campaigns end to end, including messaging and offers.
  • Direct hands-on management of paid search and paid social accounts, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting; comfortable owning at least $50K per month in Google Ads spend.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and GTM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, UTMs, and integrations, sufficient to scope work, pressure-test solutions, and assess quality.
  • Experience with attribution modeling and pipeline/waterfall forecasting.
  • Fluent use of AI to work faster and improve marketing performance.
  • Experience working directly with SDRs and Sales teams.
  • Evidence of measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • People management experience; the role manages the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager.
  • Commercially minded B2B marketer who treats marketing as a revenue function.
  • Able to operate both strategically and hands-on, including diagnosing funnels, writing campaign briefs, reviewing messaging, and managing execution.
  • Data-driven and analytically sharp, able to interpret performance and turn findings into decisions.
  • Strong campaign-building and storytelling skills, including shaping narratives, offers, and creative.
  • Strong working command of the modern GTM stack and ability to direct and assess systems work without necessarily building systems.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information and a bias toward ownership and action.
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication, with the ability to create and review work.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation strategy across inbound, performance, intent, lifecycle, and SEO/organic; prioritize investment and manage targets for funnel performance, qualified pipeline, and marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution and readout, and own campaign messaging, offers, and narrative across ads, outbound, and landing pages.
  • Own paid media strategy and hands-on execution across paid search, paid social, and retargeting; manage budgets and optimize for cost efficiency, CAC, and cost per opportunity.
  • Own lifecycle and database marketing strategy and direct the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on segmentation, reactivation, and differentiated prospect and customer journeys.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer on lifecycle enrollment, suppression, and routing logic.
  • Own the marketing-to-sales handoff and partner with Sales and RevOps on follow-up SLAs, days-in-status, pipeline velocity, and feedback on meeting quality, opportunity conversion, and lost reasons.
  • Own growth measurement and forecasting, including channel and segment performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing’s impact on revenue; partner with RevOps on reporting and the GTM Engineer on attribution and tracking infrastructure.
  • Run a structured experimentation program across creative, messaging, audiences, and conversion points, and apply learnings to repeatable improvements.
  • Set the account-based marketing strategy in alignment with Sales, define target-account approaches, and direct account-level execution with the Lifecycle Manager.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer on account-level tracking for enterprise and priority segments.
  • Manage and develop the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager; set goals, build team capability, and establish documented, repeatable processes.
