Microsoft.com is evolving from a content publishing channel into an AI-powered decision platform and growth engine. We are looking for a Director of Growth Strategy, Operations & Experimentation to shape the strategy and operating model for priority commercial web experiences, translate business goals and customer insights into a focused portfolio roadmap, and use data, personalization, AI-assisted experiences, and experimentation to improve customer journeys and drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for portfolio strategy, annual and quarterly planning, investment and resource prioritization, business operations, and the validation of high-impact growth opportunities across Microsoft.com. You will partner with product marketing, engineering, design, analytics, finance, and business teams to develop business cases, align decisions, manage dependencies, and scale proven approaches. This role sits at the intersection of customer intent, business strategy, operations, analytics, and experimentation. This is a cross-functional leadership role with responsibility for a defined portfolio of priority customer journeys. You will bring structure to ambiguous business problems, establish clear decision rights and operating rhythms, align stakeholders around priorities and success measures, and ensure that strategy translates into coordinated execution. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.
