About The Position

Nourish is seeking multiple leaders for its Growth Strategy team, which is responsible for scaling the company's fastest-growing and most critical patient acquisition channel. This role involves owning a significant part of the channel's strategy and operating system, from setting targets and designing roadmaps to establishing scalable, measurable, and durable growth systems and processes. The position requires close collaboration with the Executive team, Sales Leadership, Enablement, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to overcome growth barriers. This role blends first-principles strategy with hands-on execution, requiring individuals to help design how Nourish's key growth engines operate during company scaling. It's ideal for those energized by end-to-end outcome ownership and playing a pivotal role in scaling a category-defining company. The scope and level will be adjusted based on candidate experience. This is a full-time position open only to NYC-based candidates, with an expectation of working in the office 3+ days per week, offering some remote flexibility. The office is located in Gramercy.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable using imperfect data to identify performance gaps, make trade-offs, and measure strategy effectiveness.
  • Exceptional operator capable of moving between setting direction and handling the detailed execution required for success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously setting direction, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring critical details are not overlooked.
