About The Position

This is a performance-driven role focused on owning patient acquisition and revenue growth across all locations. The Director of Growth & Performance Marketing will be accountable for driving qualified leads, improving conversion rates from lead to patient start, and building a scalable growth system. This includes managing SEO, Google Business Profiles, CRM, paid channels, and reviews. The role requires a data-driven decision-maker with a proven track record of measurable growth and experience managing vendors.

Requirements

  • Proven track record with measurable growth results
  • Strong expertise in SEO (technical + local)
  • Strong expertise in Google Business Profiles
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong expertise in conversion tracking and attribution
  • Data-driven decision maker

  • Experience managing vendors and enforcing performance

Responsibilities

  • Drive qualified leads (calls, forms, bookings)
  • Build predictable, scalable acquisition system

  • Identify and fix funnel drop-offs
  • Own rankings and visibility across all locations
  • Increase calls and direction requests for Google Business Profiles
  • Fix underperforming markets
