About The Position

Sailor Health is hiring a Director of Growth Partnerships to lead and scale its provider partnerships function. The role reports to the Head of Growth and owns the channel that turns primary care practices, health systems, and community organizations into referral partners for patients aged 65 and older. Based in Sailor’s New York City office, the position includes regular travel to markets, roughly two to three trips per month. The role has two main areas of focus: scaling the field team of Provider Partnership Managers (PPMs), including hiring, coaching, management development, playbooks, territory design, and performance systems; and leading Sailor’s largest partnerships with health systems, ACOs, physician groups, and Medicare Advantage plans. The Director will establish consistent execution across markets, set and monitor referral performance targets, coach PPMs in the field, launch new markets, and connect company priorities to field-ready plans. Partnerships must remain compliant with the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and Medicare rules.
