About The Position

WSFS Bank is seeking an enterprise leader to drive Client growth and market share across the bank. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, execution discipline, and measurable performance delivery. As the SVP and Director of Growth Marketing, you will lead the end-to-end growth engine across WSFS, own marketing-driven pipeline, customer acquisition, and demand generation across Wealth, Commercial, Consumer and Cash Connect. This role is accountable for translating enterprise strategy into measurable growth outcomes and ensuring those outcomes are delivered consistently and transparently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing in a complex or regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams that deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple segments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing organizations.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven marketing and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Growth Strategy & Outcomes: Own marketing’s contribution to Client growth, pipeline, and market share across all Lines of Business. Translate enterprise and line of business priorities into clear, outcome driven strategies with measurable targets. Serve as a senior partner to growth and competitive positioning.
  • Build and Lead the Growth Organization: Lead a team of marketing leaders across Line of Business Marketing and Digital Marketing. Set direction, align priorities, and ensure teams operate as a coordinated, high-performing growth engine. Establish clear ownership and accountability across the team.
  • Set Direction for Go to Market Execution: Define go to market strategy, including targeting and channel mix. Ensure teams execute against aligned plans that drive conversion, adoption, and sustained growth. Monitor performance and intervene as needed to maintain speed, quality, and focus.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to Drive Performance: Partner with Analytics to define performance targets and ensure teams are operating against them. Guide the use of data, modeling, and insights to inform decisions and optimize performance. Ensure reporting is consistent, credible, and clearly tied to business outcomes.
  • Partner Across the Marketing Operating Model: Work with Marketing Operations to align intake, prioritization, capacity, and sequencing and introduce innovation. Collaborate with Brand Strategy & Creative Services to ensure growth activity aligns with brand standards.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications (Internal & External): Align with Corporate Communications on internal messaging, leadership communications, and rollout of key initiatives. Coordinate on external communications and reputational considerations to ensure growth activity supports the enterprise narrative.
  • Drive Focus and Decision Discipline: Set clear priorities and ensure resources are aligned to the highest-value opportunities. Hold marketing leaders accountable for disciplined execution and delivery.
  • Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing leaders. Set clear performance expectations aligned to growth outcomes. Build a strong leadership bench to support long-term scalability.
