The Director of Growth Marketing will lead Boston Legacy FC’s fan acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategy across ticketing, membership, merchandise, and digital channels. This role owns the full growth funnel from brand awareness and audience building through conversion, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty with a relentless focus on measurable outcomes that drive sustainable business performance. This position will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work cross-functionally with ticketing, partnerships, digital/content, brand, e-commerce, and analytics to build an integrated growth engine.
