About The Position

Sellstate Realty is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Growth Marketing to lead the development of a scalable marketing engine that drives franchise growth, agent attraction, and long-term retention. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder. We are looking for someone who can evaluate our current marketing efforts, identify gaps and opportunities, design a structured growth strategy, and implement the systems required to execute it effectively. You will begin as a one-person marketing department with full ownership of both strategy and execution. The right candidate will be comfortable building infrastructure, implementing automation, measuring performance, and refining systems before scaling a team. This position works directly with the CEO and leadership team and carries clear accountability for measurable growth outcomes tied to franchise sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including experience leading strategy and execution
• Demonstrated success in building marketing systems that produced measurable revenue growth
• Strong experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
• Proven ability to operate independently and build structure in a business-minded environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in-office in Fort Myers, FL

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current marketing initiatives and define a measurable growth strategy
• Design and implement a scalable digital sales funnel from awareness to conversion
• Architect and execute campaigns within HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
• Build workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing sequences, and performance dashboards
• Track KPIs, ROI, and conversion performance to optimize growth
• Align branding and messaging with franchise expansion objectives
• Establish repeatable systems that allow marketing performance to scale
