About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight of all operational, quality, and resident-focused aspects of the community. You will lead and supervise staff across general services departments (including culinary, property management, environmental services, security, and transportation), ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while achieving or exceeding service and sales targets established by senior management. Key responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, managing budgetary performance, maintaining the appearance and operations of the physical plant, and safeguarding the consistent, high-quality delivery of daily services in alignment with the community’s mission and vision. You will also oversee amenities and resident-facing services such as casual and fine dining venues, beauty salons, fitness centers, security, transportation, and grounds/maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in hotel/resort management or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with substantial experience in luxury or high-end resort operations, demonstrating a consistent record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
