About The Position

Rosary College Prep, an all-girls Catholic Dominican college preparatory high school, seeks a dynamic, relationship-focused, and mission-driven Director of Fundraising and Donor Relations to lead the school's philanthropic and advancement efforts. This full-time leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports Rosary's mission, strengthens donor and alumnae engagement, and secures resources that create transformational opportunities for young women. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled relationship builder with a passion for Catholic education, donor stewardship, and advancing a mission-driven organization. Working closely with the Head of School, Governing Board, donors, alumnae, parents, foundations, and community partners, this individual will play a key role in shaping the future of Rosary College Prep.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of successful experience in fundraising, advancement, development, donor relations, or nonprofit leadership.
  • Demonstrated success securing major gifts and managing fundraising campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Rosary College Prep.

  • Experience with donor databases, constituent management systems, and advancement operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute annual fundraising, major gifts, donor stewardship, and advancement initiatives.
  • Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with donors, alumnae, foundations, corporations, and community partners.
  • Develop and manage annual giving campaigns, special fundraising initiatives, and donor engagement strategies.
  • Research, prepare, and manage grant opportunities and foundation relationships.
  • Partner with school leadership to identify funding priorities and philanthropic opportunities.
  • Oversee donor stewardship, recognition programs, and constituent engagement efforts.
  • Support alumnae relations and strengthen lifelong connections with Rosary graduates.
  • Track fundraising performance and provide strategic advancement reports.
