This role partners closely with senior commercial leadership to deliver actionable insights, support growth initiatives, optimize profitability, and ensure financial rigor across forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, this role leads segment‑level FP&A activities, develops high‑performing analysts, and ensures consistent financial governance while enabling commercial agility. The Director translates complex financial data into clear, executive‑ready insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
