The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for ensuring the Heart of House and Front of House areas run flawlessly. This leader will be responsible for maintaining and elevating our award-winning beverage program, a relaunch of 3 meal a day restaurant with new concept, notably popular rooftop lounge and a very strong partnership with events and banquets team. The focus of this role will be to manage quality control, profitability, inventory, etc. However, our lean team wears many different hats, so you must be willing to get down to the nitty-gritty when necessary. This role will contribute to the organization by bringing their creative ideas and entrepreneurial approach to help motivate a team, delivery flawless service, delicious food and beverage with the bottom line, top of mind. Our ideal candidate will have held roles as Executive Chef, Beverage Director, Restaurant General Manager, and/or Director of Food & Beverage. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with multifaceted knowledge of this industry and has an exceptional personality.
