About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate the dining experience within our luxury senior living community. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all culinary and dining operations while creating an exceptional resident experience centered on quality, service, presentation, and innovation. The ideal candidate combines upscale hospitality expertise with strong operational leadership, team development, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences for residents, families, and guests.

Requirements

10 years of progressive food and beverage management experience.
Must be able to use a Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Microsoft Office computer skills is required.
Current state health and sanitation certification is required.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.
Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
Strong Microsoft office skills.
Effective communication, financial acumen, organization and team-building skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
Current state health and sanitation certification.
Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

Previous position with similar responsibilities in a high-end restaurant, club, hotel, or senior living company is preferred.
Prior oversight of multiple Food & Beverage venues is preferred.
Ability to become a Certified Dietary Manager and a Certified Food and Beverage Executive is preferred.
Degree in Hospitality is preferred.
Hospitality degree preferred.
