Silver Dollar City is opening its first-ever resort, a six-story, 262-room craftsman-style retreat with views of the Ozark Mountains and Table Rock Lake. This resort offers guests priority access to the park and nearby attractions, and is part of a significant investment to enhance the Branson experience. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping how families experience the Ozarks for generations to come, working with a mission-driven team. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage will provide strategic vision, leadership, and supervision to the Food and Beverage teams. This role involves monitoring sales, cost of goods, labor, and inventory to identify trends and make business decisions that ensure profitability goals are met. The Director will also ensure that teams deliver outstanding service and exceptional culinary and service experiences to guests and hosts, aligning with the objectives of Herschend Family Entertainment, Silver Dollar City, and Silver Dollar City Resort.
