Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage leadership roles
  • Background in cost management, inventory control, and team development
  • TIPS or state equivalent of alcohol awareness training
  • ServSafe
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven ability to manage food and beverage operations, including budgeting and cost control
  • In depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing operational needs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and food & beverage management software
  • Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of food and beverage departments, including staffing and scheduling
  • Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
  • Lead menu development, marketing initiatives, and special event planning
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance dining experience
  • Interview, hire, train, and evaluate food and beverage team members
  • Provide ongoing training and development to maintain high service standards
  • Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering procedures
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including promotions and upselling
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Analyze operational reports to guide staffing and strategic decisions
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned
